Krueger’s tenure at the company began in 2020, when she assumed the role of Senior Procurement Manager, playing a crucial part in driving operational efficiency and optimizing procurement strategies. During this period, she developed expertise in key performance indicators, cost-benefit analysis, and cost reduction, contributing to her rapid success.
Within a span of two years, her exceptional contributions resulted in two distinguished promotions, transitioning from the role of Director Global Sourcing to Director Global Sourcing – Origination Growth & Assurance. In this role, her leadership in operational excellence and cost optimization was crucial to the company’s success, ultimately earning her promotion to Integration Manager/Advisory Chevron REG.
Prior to her current position at Chevron, Krueger worked in organizations from the manufacturing sector. Her professional journey began at John Deere in 1998, where she spent over two decades mastering the complexities of supply management and operations. Over the years, she rose through the ranks— from Supply Management Specialist to Manager Supply Management—demonstrating exceptional growth, strategic vision, and ability to drive efficiency across diverse operational landscapes.
Krueger also had a brief but impactful tenure as Director of Supply Chain at Danfoss Power Solutions. During these 10 months, she demonstrated her expertise in sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP), customer satisfaction, and costreduction strategies, continuing to deliver exceptional results.
